REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

Thank you for choosing Respair Health LLC (“Respair Health,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for services purchased through www.respairhealth.com or directly from Respair Health.

By purchasing services from Respair Health, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Consulting Services Are Generally Non-Refundable

Respair Health provides professional consulting, business guidance, DME startup support, credentialing consultation, payer enrollment guidance, vendor guidance, billing consultation, and related healthcare business support services.

Because these services involve time, expertise, preparation, strategy, research, document review, and professional guidance, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, consultation time has been reserved, or services have been delivered.

2. No Refunds for Third-Party Decisions or Outcomes

Respair Health does not guarantee approvals, timelines, revenue, credentialing results, payer enrollment outcomes, accreditation results, licensing approvals, vendor approvals, or business performance.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or workers’ compensation enrollment denial

  • Credentialing denial

  • Accreditation denial

  • Licensing denial

  • Vendor rejection

  • Delays caused by government agencies, payers, vendors, accreditation bodies, or third parties

  • Changes in payer requirements, regulations, or application standards

  • Client failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely information

  • Client decision not to move forward after services have started

  • Business results that do not meet client expectations

Final decisions are made by the applicable agency, payer, accreditor, licensing body, vendor, or third party, not Respair Health.

3. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you request a refund before any work has started, before any consultation has taken place, and before any time has been reserved or preparation has begun, Respair Health may issue a refund at its sole discretion.

Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for:

  • Payment processing fees

  • Administrative fees

  • Time spent reviewing intake information

  • Scheduling or preparation time

  • Any work already performed

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you must provide written notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If proper notice is provided, Respair Health may allow you to reschedule the consultation.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

5. Service Packages and Retainers

For service packages, monthly consulting, startup support packages, or retainer-based services, payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins or once work has commenced.

Unused time, missed calls, delayed client responses, or failure to submit requested documents does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Respair Health may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward future services instead of a refund.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for Respair Health to perform services.

Refunds will not be issued when delays or issues are caused by:

  • Incomplete documents

  • Incorrect business information

  • Missing ownership details

  • Failure to respond to requests

  • Missed deadlines

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Changes made by the client after services begin

  • Third-party or agency delays

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, you agree to contact Respair Health first at sales@respairhealth.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of services.

Respair Health reserves the right to provide documentation to payment processors, banks, or card networks showing the services purchased, work performed, communications, signed agreements, invoices, and client authorization.

8. How to Request a Refund

Your request should include:

  • Your full name

9. Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

10. Changes to This Policy

Respair Health reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the website. Continued use of Respair Health’s website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
