By accessing our website, submitting information through the website, scheduling a consultation, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or our services.

1. About Respair Health

Respair Health provides consulting and business support services for companies, suppliers, healthcare organizations, and entrepreneurs operating in or entering the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (“DMEPOS”) industry.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • DME startup consultation

  • Credentialing consultation

  • Medicare, private insurance, and workers’ compensation enrollment guidance

  • DMEPOS business consulting

  • Federal and state healthcare policy guidance

  • Vendor guidance

  • Billing and marketing consultation

  • Product and health outcomes research support

  • Strategic business consultation for healthcare and DME-related companies

Respair Health is a consulting company. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not provide medical care, legal services, insurance services, tax services, accounting services, or guaranteed government, payer, accreditation, or credentialing approvals.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our website or services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company or organization to these Terms.

 

3. No Medical Advice

The information provided on this website and through our services is for general informational, educational, and business consulting purposes only.

Respair Health does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, patient care, or individualized medical recommendations. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice or a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

If you or your patients have medical questions, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

 

4. No Legal, Compliance, Tax, or Financial Advice

Respair Health may provide guidance related to healthcare business operations, DMEPOS processes, credentialing preparation, payer enrollment, vendor setup, billing workflows, policy considerations, and related business matters. However, such guidance is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory counsel.

 

You are responsible for consulting with your own licensed attorneys, accountants, compliance professionals, and other qualified advisors before making legal, regulatory, tax, billing, credentialing, operational, or financial decisions.

 

5. No Guarantee of Results

Respair Health may assist clients with preparation, strategy, documentation, business setup, credentialing readiness, enrollment guidance, and related consulting support. However, we do not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to:

  • Approval of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or workers’ compensation enrollment

  • Approval of credentialing applications

  • Accreditation approval

  • Licensure approval

  • Supplier number issuance

  • Contract approval

  • Reimbursement approval

  • Revenue generation

  • Business profitability

  • Vendor acceptance

  • Compliance outcomes

  • Processing timelines from government agencies, payers, vendors, or third parties

All approvals, denials, timelines, and final decisions are determined by the applicable government agency, payer, accreditor, vendor, licensing board, or third party.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when working with Respair Health. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any business information, documents, licenses, ownership details, tax information, payer forms, accreditation materials, financial records, operational documents, or other materials you provide.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your own compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Reviewing all documents before submission

  • Obtaining any required professional legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice

  • Meeting deadlines set by agencies, payers, vendors, or accrediting bodies

  • Paying required government, payer, application, accreditation, licensing, or third-party fees

  • Maintaining required records, policies, and operational practices

  • Ensuring your business activities are lawful and compliant

Respair Health is not responsible for delays, denials, penalties, lost revenue, missed deadlines, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or misleading information provided by you.

 

7. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, service descriptions, layouts, designs, downloads, resources, and other materials, is provided for informational purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or up to date. Healthcare regulations, payer rules, enrollment requirements, accreditation standards, and DMEPOS industry requirements may change over time.

We reserve the right to update, modify, remove, or change website content at any time without notice.

 

8. Consultations and Services

Consultations and services may be provided by phone, video call, email, written communication, online forms, document review, or other methods determined by Respair Health.

The specific scope, fees, deliverables, payment terms, and timeline for any paid services may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, engagement letter, or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control for that specific engagement.

 

9. Fees and Payment

Fees for Respair Health services are due as stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, checkout page, payment link, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payment is due before services begin

  • All sales will appear as Respair Health on your billing statement.

  • Fees are charged for consulting time, strategic guidance, document review, preparation, research, and related support

  • Third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated

  • Failure to pay may result in delay, suspension, or termination of services

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Respair Health or its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

10. Refund Policy

Because Respair Health provides professional consulting services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, consultation time has been reserved, or services have been delivered.

Refunds, credits, or partial refunds may be considered at Respair Health’s sole discretion and must be requested in writing.

No refund will be provided for outcomes outside of Respair Health’s control, including but not limited to denial of credentialing, payer enrollment, accreditation, licensing, vendor approval, or business results.

 

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you must provide reasonable advance notice. Respair Health reserves the right to set specific cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies for consultations or paid engagements.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to provide requested materials may result in forfeiture of fees or delay of services.

 

12. Third-Party Services and Vendors

Respair Health may provide guidance involving third-party vendors, payers, software platforms, billing providers, accreditation organizations, licensing bodies, consultants, marketing vendors, or other service providers.

Any third-party products, services, websites, platforms, or vendors are provided by independent third parties. Respair Health does not control and is not responsible for third-party pricing, performance, approvals, delays, terms, errors, security practices, or decisions.

Any relationship you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

 

13. User Submissions

When you submit information through our website, forms, email, payment pages, or other communication channels, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

You should not submit confidential medical records, protected health information, patient information, or sensitive regulated data unless Respair Health has expressly agreed in writing to receive such information under appropriate terms.

You agree not to disclose confidential materials, strategies, templates, pricing, internal documents, or proprietary information received from Respair Health to third parties without our written consent.

 

18. Communications

By contacting Respair Health, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or using our services, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone, text message, or other methods related to your inquiry, services, payments, scheduling, updates, and business relationship.

You may opt out of promotional communications where applicable, but we may still contact you regarding active services, payments, legal notices, or administrative matters.

 

19. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respair Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Respair Health, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your submission of inaccurate or misleading information

  • Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right

  • Your business operations, billing practices, credentialing activity, licensing activity, payer enrollment, accreditation process, or DMEPOS operations

  • Any action or decision made by a third party, payer, government agency, accreditor, vendor, or licensing body

 

22. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay required fees, provided false information, engaged in unlawful or unethical activity, or created risk for Respair Health.

You may stop using the website at any time. Any payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions will survive termination.

 

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or Respair Health’s services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
